Today we drove into the Swan Valley, firstly to the Ugly Duckling Winery for a tasting, then to the Feral Brewery for some great beer and lastly to The House of Honey annd Stick Spoon Cafe for another tasting, and some grub. Wanted to bring everything away with us, but I don't think they will let us on the plane with it all. So we had to make do with a bottle of wine for tonight and some honey for our breakfasts along the way.
Tonight we are having fish and chips from The Groper and his Wife in Perth- I just love them over here, and a bottle champagne to send us on our way.
I will be sad to say goodbye to Sherryl tomorrow, but with any luck she might be over for Wimbledon tennis this year or next with any luck, and we can repay all the hospitality. We have had a fabulous time as always, been taken to some new places, eaten and drank ourselves silly and generally chilled out till we're horizontal.
